
Return Policy
Returns are accepted on defective merchandise; a full refund will be given. Please email us within 3 days of receipt of item with photos and description of defect.
If you change your mind or order the wrong size of Arete brand apparel, chaps, or tack, there will be a $5 restocking fee. Please send returns or exchanges back within 14 days of original purchase. A refund, less shipping, will be credited as soon as the product is received. If an exchange is requested, the restocking fee is waived.
There are NO refunds or exchanges on Sale Priced Saddles, Skito, Supracor, SmoothStride, or ThinLine products unless defective, incorrect (meaning the product you received is not what you ordered), or under manufacturer warranty. Defective or incorrect items must be returned to the manufacturer directly to receive a new item. Please email us within 3 days of receipt of item with photos and description of defect, and we will facilitate your return/exchange.
There are no returns on any saddles, unless damaged or defective. NEW saddles may be exchanged if a different size is needed, but only with approval.
There are no returns on clearance priced items.
Please measure accurately before purchase to insure a proper fit.

Your information will never be sold or shared. We will send out periodic emails about sales, specials, or new items (once a month or less).
