Consignments & Trade-Ins
Arete Equestrian is now accepting
saddle consignments and trade-ins!
Arete Equestrian will consign your used saddle for a 20% commission, or buy the saddle outright for 60% of appraised value. Cleaning and conditioning is included in the consignment fee.
If you have a saddle that you would like us to sell, or would like to trade in toward the purchase of a new saddle, please email customer service at info@aretesaddlery.com. Include the saddle make, model, seat size, tree size, approximate age, and photos. Please take photos of each side, all billets, the top/seat, the underside, the front, and the back. When taking pictures, be sure all of the saddle shows in the photo.
Once your saddle is approved for trade-in or consignment, we will give you a trade-in or consignment value, instructions on packaging, and delivery address.
Consignment saddles can be viewed and tested locally, at our new location in Roland, Arkansas. Test rides are allowed and fitting services are available.
